Hair services run from children's, men's and senior cuts through women's cuts, shampoo and blow-dry packages, gray blending, highlights, balayage, single process color and perms. Perm prices and several other services, including spiral perms, fashion color, undercut color and extensions, are set by consultation with the professional. Extra-long or very thick hair carries an added fee for time and product. Perms need to be booked 72 hours ahead because of product availability. Extension products are special order and must be paid for before installation. Special occasion up-dos start at $65, and wedding party bookings are made by phone.

Nail work is the salon's specialty. It describes itself as focused on odorless nail care and uses mainly odorless hard gels and soft gel builders rather than traditional liquid and powder acrylic, which it does not promote because of fumes and potentially harmful compounds in many products. Artificial nails are removed with gentle, approved techniques and are never pried off. Full sets are guaranteed for 7 days against breakage or mishaps, and reconstructed toenails, which replace nails lost to trauma or surgery, are guaranteed for 10 days.

The pedicure area offers a choice of reclining chairs, Himalayan salt stones, and USB charging ports, plus a back massage and complimentary water or coffee. Instruments are cleaned to Virginia state standards: emery boards and buffers are single-use, and metal tools receive high-level disinfection. Licensed staff have completed training for footcare for clients with diabetes and for older clients.

Salon services are mainly by appointment, and online booking is preferred for faster service. Booking policies include a retainer of 50% of the base service cost for future bookings, a late cancellation fee of 50% for cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead, and a charge of 100% of the base price for a no-call, no-show, payable within 48 hours. A late cancellation fee may apply if a client arrives more than 10 minutes late, at the professional's discretion. Clients who do not pay required fees may be banned from future bookings. Several independent contractors work at the salon, keeping their own payment records and setting their own weekly hours.

The salon focuses on odorless nail work and avoids traditional liquid and powder acrylic because of fumes and harmful compounds it notes in many products. Services are mostly by appointment, with online booking preferred.
