The business sells raw Indian hair from its A Luxe Hair Collection, which can be bought in the salon or requested by text. Clients may also bring their own pack hair for services.

Policies to know before booking: appointments are cancelled if a client arrives 15 minutes late, and clients are asked to arrive on time or notify their stylist as early as possible if running late. Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits and full payments are non-refundable, and no-shows or same-day cancellations are charged 85% of the service payment. Appointment times may occasionally change at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances, and changes are sent to the client's contact information.
