Waxing is the main offering, with a long list of areas covering the face and lip, underarms, arms, legs, back, chest and the bikini and intimate areas. Train Ticket covers the outer bikini area as a horizontal strip and leaves out the inner thighs and lips. Brazilian Touch Ups are for clients who keep up with appointments: they must be booked within 14 days of the original visit, and after day 15 they are charged at the full Brazilian price. Hair should be about the length of a grain of rice, and the next visit typically falls about four weeks later, depending on growth.
For intimate care there are three vajacial treatments: a charcoal clay mask, a tea tree version, and the Breakout Shield, which is designed to be used right after waxing and runs 40 minutes. A full body hot stone massage is also offered for $50.
Packages suit clients who book regularly. The Low Leg Pass is five passes for $200. The Xperience Wax Pass comes in a Brazilian version for $250, which includes five Brazilian services plus one free service credit, and a Manzilian version for $275. Package credits apply automatically at checkout when clients book services as usual.
Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less notice are charged 50 percent of the service. No-shows are charged the full service fee and may need a deposit to rebook. Guests more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment adjusted, rescheduled or treated as a no-show, and a $10 late fee may apply. Some services may require a non-refundable deposit at booking. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Hours are Monday through Friday 9 AM to 11:30 AM, Saturday 9 AM to 10 PM, and Sunday 9 AM to 5 PM. Clients can send questions to Nikita Jackson-Higgs through a contact form on the website.
