Color is a large part of the menu. Full head and half head balayage or highlights both include a glaze, with the half head option focused on the face frame and the top half of the hair. Maximum Blonding is the longest color service, and root touch-ups, grey coverage and glaze refreshes are available between full color appointments. An ammonia-free root coverage option is offered, and face framing highlights are for existing clients only.

Hair services include cuts with a blowout, cuts with curls or flat iron, bang trims, and children's haircuts for ages 0 to 12. Blowouts can be done plain or with curls or flat iron, and upstyles are offered with or without a blowout. Bridal clients can book a hair trial. No pixie cuts are offered.

Treatments include the K18 repair treatment, a short service described as repairing damage from inside the hair, and two keratin frizz treatments of different lengths and strengths. The Magic Sleek relaxer is offered as a longer service.

The studio is open Monday from 6 PM to 7 PM, Tuesday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and Thursday through Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and is closed on Wednesdays and Sundays. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. A 30% cancellation fee applies, and clients who cannot attend are asked to let the salon know as soon as possible so the appointment can be rescheduled.
