The studio is run by owner and master sugarist Louise Jackson. Its stated mission is gentle, effective sugaring in a welcoming space that helps clients feel at ease with their natural look, and its stated vision is an upscale, spa-style experience built around comfort and care.

During a visit, each session ends with a warm towel cleanup and an aloe mask, and treatments take place on a massaging bed. The business says sugaring lasts longer than hard wax because it removes hair from the root, and that it hurts less than hard waxing when performed by a licensed and certified sugarist.
