The foundation services range from a classic gel polish with shaping and cuticle care to structured builder gel and soft gel extensions. A gel overlay adds a thin layer for light structure on natural nails, while a structured gel manicure uses a thicker builder gel for more strength. Neither of those two adds length. Gel-X is the option for added length; it is a soft gel extension system cured under UV light. Clients who return more than four weeks after their last visit book a Rebalance, a full gel service priced by the gel used.

Nail art is sorted into four tiers that rise in complexity and price, from simple designs on one to three nails per hand up to intricate art on all ten nails. The pedicure menu includes a gel-free Wellness Pedicure, an OG Dry Pedicure with a foot massage and gel polish, and a Deluxe Pedicure that adds a lavender-mint scrub, hot towels and a longer massage with milk and honey lotion. Other Product Removal is available for clients who want all product taken off with nothing applied afterward.

The salon asks clients to keep to a regular schedule and rebook every two to three weeks. Appointments booked more than four weeks after the last visit carry a $15 fee. Arriving 20 minutes or more late reschedules the appointment with a $15 late fee. Missed appointments without notice are charged the full booked service, and cancellations need at least 24 hours notice or are charged half the service. Pets are not allowed at appointments, except service animals.

The salon organizes its work around a steady rebooking rhythm, with set service tiers for gel work and nail art and a clear fee structure for late bookings and cancellations.
