Brow work is the core of the business. Shaping for current clients starts at $25 and takes about 20 minutes or more. Shaping that comes with a lamination starts at $30 and runs about 30 minutes or more. Shaping with tint costs $40 and takes 30 minutes: the brows are mapped, custom tinted, and then shaped with wax or a full tweeze, with tweezing adding $2. Shaping + tint requires a $12 deposit. Lamination, also called a brow lift, is a perm-style treatment that reshapes and straightens the brow hairs so they look fuller and are easier to style. It comes in two versions: without tint at $82 for 45 minutes, which lasts up to 8 weeks, and with tint at $92 for 60 minutes. Lamination requires a $25 deposit, and a conditioning brow treatment for $12 (15 minutes) is recommended alongside it.

Waxing covers lip, nose, side and chin for $10, $10, $15 and $15, each about 10 minutes. A full face wax covers side, lip and chin together for $35 and takes 30 minutes. Permanent jewelry starts at $50 and comes as bracelets, a necklace or an anklet, custom-fitted in sterling silver or 14k gold filled. Each piece is claspless and closed with a welded small ring. Clients can pay in person through Buy Now, Pay Later for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Booking details matter here. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours notice; anything shorter is charged 60% of the reserved services, and cancelling between one and six hours before is charged the full reserved price. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may not be able to receive the booked service, and late-arrival cancellations are charged in full. If a late client can still be seen, a $10 fee is added. No-shows are charged the full service amount. A confirmation email goes out 48 hours before the appointment, and all fees are non-refundable. Brand-new clients, and clients whose last visit was more than 12 weeks ago, must make a new client booking or the request will be denied.
