Installation options range from volume weft clip-ins, which can be put in and taken out in as little as five minutes and suit single-day wear or a trial, to longer-wear methods. CombLine is a targeted thinning solution for the crown, temple, part line and nape. Hand-tied and micro weft extensions are thin wefts sewn onto a beaded base made on the natural hair, suited to thin or fine hair. Volume weft is a thicker, machine-made weft sewn onto a beaded base for medium or thick hair and fuller coverage.

For larger changes there are two transformation packages. The partial transformation generally starts at $900 and is for hair 16 inches and shorter, covering sparse spots, added thickness for bobs and short cuts, and minor thinning. The full lengthening transformation starts at $1,600 for hair 18 inches and longer, using two or more rows of wefts for a full-head install that adds length and thickness. Both include 100% human remy hair from professional brands, custom fitting, installation, a cut and blend, a style of the client's choice, and a maintenance gift bag.

Maintenance follows a set schedule for each method. Traditional weft gets a mini move-up six weeks after the initial install, then a full reinstall six weeks later, alternating from there. Invisible Bead Extensions get a full reinstall at every visit with no mini move-ups, and can grow out for up to 10 weeks with good care. CombLine needs a fill four to six weeks after install, one more fill four to six weeks later, then a full removal and reinstall. Keratin tips are described as lasting three to five months with no maintenance.

New clients complete the Hair Extension Form before booking an in-person consultation, and the business contacts them by call or text once the form is submitted. Hours are 8AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday, and requests outside those hours can be discussed. Services do not include a wash and blow-dry, so clients should arrive with clean, dry hair; a wash and blowout can be booked in advance for an additional charge. New hair appointments require a non-refundable $500 deposit, and removal-only, first, and new hair install appointments are non-refundable. Refunds are not offered, but if a client is unhappy or needs an adjustment, that appointment is arranged at no additional cost. Clients may bring their own hair only if it is pre-approved, from a trusted brand, and in its original sealed packaging. Payment plans are available through Cherry, with a soft credit pull, terms from 3 to 24 months, and no penalty for early payment.
