Many services include a shampoo and blow dry. The silk press packages are built around treatment: a hydration version with three shampoos and steam therapy, a scalp detox version for clients coming out of months in protective styles, and a combined option that adds a trim and color in brown or black. Color services for natural hair come with a hydration silk press and trim, and new color clients are asked to book a consultation first.

Weaves use protective methods to keep glue away from the hair and scalp for bonded and closure cap installs, and basic cap sew-ins leave minimal natural hair out so it blends with the extensions. Short-cut and pixie weaves use Harlem 29 piece hair unless the client and stylist agree otherwise.

Booking is done by deposit. The $30 deposit is nonrefundable and cannot be transferred, and clients may reschedule once before a new deposit is needed. Balances are paid in cash. Clients should detangle and remove old styles before arriving, or a detangle fee is added, and should not enter the building before their appointment time. Arriving late can lead to cancellation depending on the service, and same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged the full balance. All services must be booked in advance, since nothing can be added on the day, and extra guests are not permitted. Children may attend only if they are receiving a service.
