The menu is broad. It includes cornrows, feed-in and Dutch braids, knotless and box braids, dragon and bubble-style braids, freestyle designs for men and women, and bead move-ups for toppers and extensions. Locs and dreads are handled through retwists, twists, and dread installs. Crochet, lace front wig installs, double weft extensions, mesh topper installs, and sew-ins are also offered, along with washes and blowouts.

Before larger installs, the salon offers a 30-minute consultation for $50, which is booked with a $45 deposit. Crochet single strand installs include free bi-weekly clean-ups for the first three months. Retouches are free for failed services reported within five days when the fault is the hairdresser's; after that window, a full install is needed. Failed services caused by the client or another outside cause also need a full install after the five-day period.

The salon also runs MoneyMovesTour 2026, a training program with 19 booking options starting at $1,985, and a 60-minute interview for $50 with a $45 deposit. The interview is held by Google Meet, with the link emailed after booking. If an applicant is accepted after the interview, the interview cost is credited toward tuition.

Clients should arrive with hair washed thoroughly and fully dry, without oils, leave-in conditioners or gels. Hair must be at least six inches all around for braiding. Damp hair that needs a blow dry carries a $15 fee. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, or the client is charged, and same-day cancellations are charged in full. Arriving more than ten minutes late cancels the appointment and the full service cost applies. Only the client is allowed in the service area; one parent may accompany a child and waits in the waiting area. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
