Most hair services begin with Kevin Murphy shampoo and treatment, and color services use the brand's Color.Me line. The salon describes its Kevin Murphy products as the best and says styles made with them last all day and night. Women's and men's haircuts include this shampoo and treatment followed by a customized cut and style, while the children's haircut for ages 10 and under is a dry cut with a customized style and no shampoo or treatment.

Color options run from toner, all-over color and retouches of roughly one to one and a half inches of regrowth to partial and full foil, balayage, bleach and tone, and color correction or fashion color that takes about five hours. Toner, which takes about 15 minutes, can be added to foil, balayage, haircut or shampoo services, and a five-minute scalp massage is available as an add-on to any service.

For smoothing, the Brazilian Blowout is a customizable treatment that reduces frizz and can keep or define curls for all hair types. It takes about three hours and starts at $300, with prices varying by hair length and thickness. There is no waiting period before washing, and the salon says the smoothing lasts up to 12 weeks. The Brazilian Blowout EXPRESS is a one-step smoothing and cleansing service that takes about an hour and a half, starts at $150, and which the salon says lasts four weeks. Perm services use the Biolage Perm formula, which the salon describes as low-ammonia, and include matrix and spiral options with or without a haircut. Matrix perms require a consultation, which can be done in person or virtually, and virtual consultations are also offered for corrective color and hair goals.

Brow, lash and waxing services use the salon's own range of options. Eyebrow lamination includes brow shaping and tint, takes about 45 minutes, and results can last six to eight weeks. The salon advises against it for anyone who is pregnant, breastfeeding or has a thyroid condition, and asks clients not to touch their brows for four weeks beforehand, stop retinols one week before, and wait at least six weeks after permanent cosmetics have healed. Lash lifts last six to eight weeks and are not recommended for pregnant or nursing clients or anyone with a thyroid condition. Waxing uses SatinSmooth soft or hard wax, with single areas and combined face and body packages.
