New clients are asked to call and schedule a free consultation before booking services. Appointments can also be booked online through a Square booking page. The hair extension consultation is free and takes about 30 minutes. Each client receives an individual consultation shaped around their taste, routine and lifestyle.

The salon covers a wide range of work: balayage, ombre-style balayage and foilyage for lightening, all-over and root color, highlights with or without a cut, Brazilian blowouts for men and women, permanent ionic straightening, corrective color, hair extensions, and deep treatments and glosses. Specialty services are priced after a consultation, so clients call for a quote. Set prices are listed for many cuts, color and highlight services.

The salon says it uses all-natural color formulas that deposit pigment for long-lasting color, easier styling and shine, and it describes its products as industry-leading and chosen for their benefits to hair health. Hours are Tuesday to Friday from 10:30am to 6:30pm and Saturday from 9:30am to 5:30pm, with Sunday and Monday closed.
