The studio is described as welcoming and intimate. Its menu is grouped into custom color, haircuts and other services, styling, waxing and add-on treatments. Color services are priced by process, with single process color starting at $150 and partial and full double process starting at $250 and $350, and each color service includes a haircut and blowdry. Haircuts range from a kids cut for children under 10 to classic, long and curly cuts, and the curly cut is priced by the hour and includes a dry haircut, curly styling or diffusing, and education on care at home.
Other services include a Brazilian Blowout, an anti-frizz smoothing treatment, and a perm with curls shaped to the client's preference. Waxing is offered for cheeks, lips and chin, and eyebrows. Add-ons include a Davines treatment for extra shine, a hair-preserving treatment applied during coloring, a customizable treatment for moisture, strength, volume, shine and frizz, a post-blonding treatment for shine and moisture, a hydrating hair mask applied with hot towels, and eyebrow tinting.
The studio is open Tuesday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and it is closed Sunday and Monday. It is accepting new clients. Services quoted above $150 require a $50 deposit collected no later than 48 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours incur a 50% rescheduling fee. A 15-minute grace period applies to late arrivals, after which services cannot be guaranteed. No-shows are charged 100% of the service price, and future appointments may require prepayment. Service adjustments can be requested within 1 week of the visit. No refunds are offered, and the studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
