Before a service, the team looks at each guest's hair and daily routine and suggests a regimen built around them. Every service includes a hydrating and fortifying shampoo and conditioner. Guests cannot bring their own products or tools. The salon does not offer sew-ins or braiding at this time, and it trains and certifies each team member to deliver the full experience from shampoo to finish.

Hours run Tuesday through Saturday, 10am to 6pm, with the salon closed Sundays and Mondays. Walk-ins are not accepted, but same-day appointments can be requested by calling 480.984.3308 before noon. Payment is accepted by cash, debit card, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

New guests fill out a New Guest Hair Consultation form on the website before their first visit and pay a non-refundable $30 deposit, which is taken off the ticket on the appointment day. Established client pricing applies to guests who have been in within the past four months; anyone returning after that is treated as a new guest. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and later cancellations or arrivals more than 10 minutes late can carry a fee of half the service. Children are welcome only when receiving services, and companions wait outside rather than in the lobby.
