Terra Takes Over focuses on luxury hair extensions. The studio describes its experience as luxury with close attention to detail, and it aims to keep the room relaxing for clients during longer install appointments.

Services are grouped into color, consultations, extensions, sew-ins and treatments. Extension work includes K-Tips, which are individual extensions bonded to natural hair with a keratin-based adhesive and heat tool and typically last three to six months; wefted microlinks, which are flat tracks attached with microbeads and suited to medium to thick hair; and tape-in extensions applied with medical-grade adhesive. Sew-ins range from traditional leave-out installs to closure and hybrid versions, with maintenance visits for each. Refresh and silk press appointments are available between installs.

Online booking is available. Buy Now, Pay Later financing covers bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment. Many services require a deposit. A cancellation made less than 24 hours before an appointment incurs a fee of 25% of the total service cost, and a missed appointment is charged 50% of that total. Gift cards are sold in $50, $75, $100 and $200 denominations or in a custom amount, and all gift card sales are final.

Some services require advance planning. Tape-in orders require one to two weeks of lead time, and custom color bundles need to be booked at least a week ahead. Extension coloring is not performed on the day of the install. Hair must be detangled before K-Tip removal, K-Tip refresh, tape-in refresh and microlink maintenance, and any detangling beyond that is charged separately. Questions can be sent before booking through the contact form on the website.

Hours are Thursday and Friday from 11 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with the studio closed Sunday through Wednesday.

Custom extension installs are designed to look seamless, feel natural and support healthy hair growth, with each service planned around the client's hair.

The studio is set up as a calm, relaxing space for clients.
