Every color or cut starts with a detailed consultation. Clients can bring reference images, such as saved boards or short videos, and the stylist uses those to shape trend-based cuts and colors that still suit the client's hair and lifestyle.

Color services are grouped by how much work they involve. Signature Color is a tailored option for covering gray, applying color over the whole head, maintaining roots, or giving hair a light refresh, and takes about two hours. Dimensional Color adds partial highlights for natural-looking depth and runs about three hours. Full Dimensional or Blonding sessions take around three and a half hours. Transformation Sessions, which handle significant changes, corrective work and high-impact blonding, run about four hours. Every color appointment includes a consultation, a custom application, gloss or toner when needed, a bond builder and a blowdry. Haircuts are not part of color services. Guest pricing starts at $225 and goes up to $375. Larger sessions may cost more, with the final price depending on time, hair density or product. Existing clients are priced case by case, with extra time or product added as needed.

Cut services include a Signature Haircut for maintaining or subtly updating a current style (about one hour, with consultation, shampoo, precision cut and blowdry), a Transformation or Restyle Haircut, a Long or Thick Haircut for longer or denser hair, and a Men's Haircut menu. Wash, Condition and Style covers a shampoo, conditioning treatment and blowdry without a cut. Facial waxing and conditioning treatments are also offered, and these are priced variably.

Booking details: new guests book through the online link, and existing clients use a separate link. Clients can also text 360-773-1169 with the services they want and their availability, and the salon says it replies within 48 hours to confirm. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. Children are asked not to come to the salon; if childcare is not possible, the child should bring quiet activities. Clients who prefer a silent appointment can ask for one in the treatment notes when booking.
