Retwists include shampooing and are priced by length: from $75 to the end of the ear, $80 to the shoulder and $90 from the shoulder to mid back. Small locs cost more, and longer lengths need a photo before a price can be given. Double strand twists, krimps or plats, and pipe cleaner curls are also offered, each priced by length or loc size.
Treatments include an apple cider vinegar cleansing that soaks hair in a mix of vinegar, baking soda and hot water to lift buildup, recommended about every six months. A mildew treatment targets odor and buildup in locs, with the number of sessions depending on how much buildup and odor there is. A reconstructor treatment is offered for fine, limp or damaged hair, with three sessions suggested for full results.
Booking is by appointment, and the studio is open Wednesday through Saturday with extended hours on Thursday and Friday. Appointments have a 10-minute grace period, and visits not kept within that window are canceled without a refund. Gift cards are available for visits or as presents.
Care is centered on locs, from starting them through regular retwists, twists and cleansing treatments, with services priced by length and loc size.
