A first visit starts with a conversation about skin, hair and goals. The electrolysis first visit combines a consultation with a 15-minute trial and runs 30 minutes for $45. Laser clients start with a free 30-minute consultation and patch test; the $25 deposit is credited toward the first laser session or refunded at the visit if laser is not the right choice. Laser is priced by area, from a small zone such as the upper lip or underarms up to a one-hour full body diode treatment with face included, and a six-session package is offered for full body laser. Waxing sessions run from 10 to 35 minutes depending on the area, and the business advises clients to keep hair about a quarter inch long before a wax and to rebook every four to six weeks.
The studio is in Suite 10 at 1100 W Valley Rd in Wayne. Clients enter through the brick building from the parking lot, and the business is the first door on the left inside. Booking requires a small deposit that is applied to the service, and a text link is sent to complete forms, which takes about three minutes. Appointments can be changed online up to 24 hours ahead. Cancellations with at least 24 hours notice by text are refunded the deposit; later cancellations and no-shows are not. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may lead to a shortened appointment or a reschedule. Packages are valid for 18 months and can be paused for pregnancy or a medical reason; if a package is stopped early, used sessions are charged at the single-session price and the remaining sessions are refunded. Payment plans are offered through Cherry, subject to approval.
Hair removal is planned around each client, with the owner stating she will honestly advise which treatment will work for their hair and skin, even when no treatment is needed.
