Bookings are made online at tensuite.net/book or by texting (571) 888-2835. Payment is due at the visit unless stated otherwise, and cards are processed through Square. Online cancellations or changes need 24 hours notice, while same-day changes go through text. Appointment texts are optional and not a condition of booking, with typically two to eight messages a month. Hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and the suite is closed Sundays.

Manicures are waterless and done with E-file techniques and diamond bits to exfoliate and smooth cuticles, followed by a lotion massage and nail lacquer. A basic manicure is listed at $50, and a manicure generally takes an hour or more. The Mani & Pedi pairs a classic pedicure with a dry manicure for $100 and takes about two hours. Pedicures come in Classic, Executive, Health & Hydration, Hot Stones and Spa styles, with a basic pedicure at $60 and a spa pedicure with massage at $75.

Gel services include gel manicures and BIAB builder gel, which is applied over natural nails to build structure and help them grow longer, with three to four weeks of wear. Après Gel-X is a full-coverage tip extension system for lengthening nails. Nail art is priced in five levels, added to a nail service, and can be created from reference photos.

Appointment-only work in a private suite, with waterless manicure methods and pedicure options that range from classic to spa-style treatments.
