Ten Over Ten by Kim operates from Studio 6 at The Lofts San Marco on Flagler Avenue in Jacksonville. The studio is open Monday through Saturday, and every visit is booked in advance by calling or texting the studio's number.

The studio is run by Kimberly Christen, its owner and nail technician, who settled in Jacksonville after decades in the beauty industry. Before that she worked in several cities around the country alongside well-known names in the field. Her work has been featured in Vogue, Bazaar, Women's Wear Daily and In Style, according to her own account.

The studio describes itself as a healthy, natural alternative to gel nails and calls Deborah Lippmann the standard for clean nail care. Every service uses only Deborah Lippmann products, and the formulas are 21-free, vegan and cruelty-free. Clients are asked to arrive with any gel or acrylic already removed.

A manicure includes shaping and buffing, cuticle care from the Deborah Lippmann line, a light hand and arm massage, and polish finished with a base coat, two coats of color and a top coat. A pedicure starts with a callus remover, followed by a light foot and leg massage, a rich moisturizer and the same polish steps. Simple polish changes are also offered on their own.

The studio works with natural nails only and builds its services around one product line, Deborah Lippmann, which it presents as a healthy alternative to gel.
