The salon is run as a Blow Dry & Style house, and it describes its goal as becoming a leading blow dry and style destination in the Midwest.

The Naperville location is at 2720 Showplace Drive, Suite 102, at Route 59 and Showplace Drive, just north of Biaggi's Restaurant. It is open Tuesday through Friday from 10am to 6pm and Saturday from 8am to 6pm, and it is closed Sunday and Monday. The Hinsdale location is at 11 East First Street and is open Tuesday through Friday from 9am to 6pm and Saturday from 8am to 6pm, with the same closed days. Appointments can be booked online.

The space is designed to feel more like a comfortable home than a traditional salon, and guests can have a cup of tea or a glass of wine during their visit. Clients are asked to arrive at least five minutes before their appointment. Private parties can book the salon for the event.

The bridal team works both in salon and at the client's own venue, covering bridal hair, makeup, trials, bridal party services and flower girl styling. Clients complete a bridal inquiry form to check date availability and receive pricing, and a 20% gratuity is added to bridal services at checkout. The team states it has five years of experience and more than 100 weddings. Wedding hair and makeup is booked by emailing the salon with dates and details.

Blowouts are treated as the core service, with styling as the priority and in-house treatments customized to each client's hair and scalp. The salon favors naturally derived products and says regular, well-executed blowouts help seal the hair cuticle.
