Staff go over the available whitening options with each client before treatment begins. The team starts by shade matching against a shade guide to record the tooth color at the outset, and protects the gums so that only the teeth are whitened. The whitening gel is activated with UV light for about an hour, and a whitening accelerator with LED technology and a light filtration system is used to limit harmful heat exposure. Most cases take 40 to 60 minutes, and timing depends on individual needs.

Whitening is most effective on extrinsic stains from food, drinks or tobacco, and the center also treats intrinsic staining from tetracycline, fluoride and age-related discoloration. It only affects natural teeth, so porcelain crowns, veneers and composite fillings keep their color. Clients can eat right after treatment, but a white diet is advised for the first 24 hours, and staff explain the restrictions. Clients who drink coffee or other staining drinks often, or who use tobacco, may be advised to return for periodic touch-ups.

Memberships offer regular visits. A Red Light Membership at $100 a month includes six face red light sessions, each with a massage chair, and can be cancelled any time before the next billing date. The Glow Club at $150 a month includes one 30-minute whitening session and four red light sessions for teeth or face, which can be combined into longer visits; unused whitening sessions roll over to the next month and members receive 25% off MV-Oral Care products. The VIP monthly membership at $150 includes a 20-minute teeth red light session and a 30-minute facial red light session. Memberships start the same day and can be joined at a visit or by calling or texting.

Packages include Radiance Pro at $749 for three 45-minute whitening sessions and Ultra Glow Elite at $949 for three 60-minute sessions. Payment plans through Cherry, a buy now pay later provider, are offered for treatments, with 0% APR options subject to eligibility. Gift cards are emailed instantly and can be used at any time. The center is open Monday to Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM and Sunday 11 AM to 5 PM, and flexible appointment times can be requested.
