Bookings are arranged by messaging the team on WhatsApp. Before booking, clients can message the team for help choosing a style, and each style is shaped around the client's personality, preferences and comfort.
Booking requires a non-refundable $30 fee to confirm the appointment. That fee is deducted from the total service charge at payment. Clients are asked to attend or call to reschedule at least 24 hours ahead, and the terms and conditions page should be read before placing a booking.
The menu covers a wide range of protective styles: knotless, box, boho and passion braids; Senegalese, kinky, spring and micro twists; faux, dread, soft, sister and micro locs; many cornrow variations; and sew-in and bonding installs. Signature styles highlighted on the home page include knotless braids, bohemian braids, box braids, cornrows, locs and French curl braids.
The shop sells ready-made micro braided and micro box braided wigs in bob and long lengths, along with beaded bracelets, necklaces and other jewelry.
Each style is built around the client's personality, preferences and comfort, with attention to neat finishing and protective styling.
