The salon describes itself as a modern luxury salon and approaches each visit as a hair health appointment rather than only a style request. Services are recommended based on the condition of the hair and its health, not just the look a client asks for.

Every new client starts with a Hair Health Intake or New Client Experience appointment. Returning clients who are unsure what to book, have been away for a long time, or want a major change are asked to book a Returning Client Hair Health Intake. The exact address is shared once an appointment is confirmed, and no extra guests are allowed at appointments.

The salon offers custom color, highlights, gray coverage and dimensional color. Extension services include microlinks, sew-ins and quick weaves, with only 100% human hair accepted and no reused bundles. Relaxed and short hair services cover moisture and protein treatments, bond builders, scalp treatments, trims and maintenance, and pixie and shortcut styles are offered for relaxed hair. Silk presses, trims, treatments and styles for natural hair are also available, though pixie cuts are not offered on natural hair.

Hours run Sunday to Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and the salon is closed Saturday. A retainer reserves each appointment and is applied to the total cost. Retainers are non-refundable but can be transferred once with at least 24 hours notice. Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours ahead, and confirmations are sent about 72 hours before the visit and must be confirmed by the 48-hour mark. Listed prices are starting prices and may vary by hair length, density, condition and time required. Card and electronic payments are accepted.
