The manicure and pedicure menus run from a basic manicure and basic spa pedicure up through gel options and fuller spa services. The Deluxe Pedicure at $47 includes exfoliation, a mask, a 7-minute lotion massage and a hot towel wrap. The Royal Pedicure starts at $60 and adds a 15-minute lotion massage, paraffin wax and callus removal. The Luxury Manicure & Pedicure at $95 is the most complete option, with exfoliation, a warm towel mask, a 15-minute lotion massage, paraffin wax, a hot towel wrap and callus removal on the feet.

Acrylic work includes powder, pink and white, ombre, gel builder, dipping powder, dipping on real nails and Gel X, with fill-in and full-set prices listed for most. Smaller services include nail repair, re-shaping, polish changes, color gel polish changes and removing old nails. Gel and dip powder manicures receive complimentary repairs for 4 days from the service date, booked through the front desk. Children 10 years and under who are under 4 feet tall can book manicures, pedicures or a combined set, and children are only allowed in the spa area while receiving a service.

Waxing is performed by an aesthetician and covers the face, underarms, arms, legs, bikini area and a back wax for men. Clients should disclose any current injuries, illnesses or medical conditions before a service. Reusable nail tools are sanitized and disinfected under state rules, and any tool that cannot be disinfected is thrown away.

Booking and payment rules are set out in the listing details. Online booking requires a $20 deposit that is not refunded if the appointment is missed, and cancellations need 24 hours' notice. Clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early; a late arrival is served within the original time and price. Credit cards have a $25 minimum and personal checks are not accepted. Completed services are not refunded, and complaints should be raised before leaving so the front desk manager can address them. Offers and coupons must be shown at check-in and cannot be combined with other offers. Prices may change without notice, and the premises are under digital video surveillance.

Tools are sanitized and disinfected under state regulations, and tools that cannot be disinfected are discarded. The salon says it uses top brand name products.
