Services cover color, including glosses, single-process color, partial and full foil highlights, face frame highlights and multi-step blonding packages, along with haircuts and blowouts, keratin treatments and hair extensions. Many color services are offered as packages that combine color with a haircut or blowout, and some are priced from a starting amount that depends on the service.

New extension clients pay a deposit when booking, and the studio asks for a deposit on some keratin and extension services as well. Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled without a charge only at least 48 hours ahead; shorter-notice cancellations are charged half the service price and missed appointments are charged the full price. Arrivals have a 15-minute grace period, and later arrivals need to reschedule with a fee of half the service price. Children and extra guests are only allowed in the studio when they are having a service, and refunds are not offered. If a client is unhappy with a service, the studio will redo it within 7 days of the appointment.
