For scalp and hair concerns, the salon offers Tease Scalp Therapy and Scalp Therapy treatments at express, experience, and four-session series levels, plus conditioning add-ons. Hair loss is addressed with Calecim treatments and other hair loss treatments, both by consultation. Extensions begin with a 30-minute consultation before any installation. A client who goes ahead during that visit places a 25% deposit of the total hair cost before the hair is bought and installation is secured. The salon works with Aqua Hair Extensions for five permanent systems made from 100% human hair, and offers temporary AquaLyna clip-ins and ponytails that can be tested and bought in salon. Wear times vary by method, from about 4 to 6 weeks for cylinder extensions to 4 to 6 months for Keratin Fusion.

Facial waxing covers chin, lip, and eyebrows, with a combined face wax option, and brow tinting is also offered. Weddings have their own menu with in-salon and on-location choices for brides and bridal party members. Bridal trials are recommended three to six weeks before the wedding. Wedding services are priced by the hour, formal styles are scheduled for one hour per person, and a 20% gratuity is added automatically to wedding totals. Booking requires a 50% deposit, with the balance due two weeks before the wedding, and changes and refunds are not offered after the final payment. Booking both a bridal trial and wedding day services brings $50 off the bridal style.

A $3 to $4 Green Circle Fee applies to each appointment to support the salon's eco-conscious practices. Appointments are confirmed by text and email 48 hours ahead. Changes are free up to 24 hours before; later cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the service, and the grace period is 15 minutes. Same-day bookings are accepted when available. Concerns about a service should be raised within one week, and refunds are considered only after a stylist has reviewed the hair and tried to resolve the issue. Spoil Me gives a $20 take-home product with every color service, and referrals earn $25 off a first visit for the new client and $25 off the next appointment for the referring client. Hours are Monday 8:30am to 4pm, Tuesday through Friday 8:30am to 8:30pm, Saturday 8:30am to 4pm, and closed Sunday.
