Her goal is to help team members grow into skilled locticians and hair care specialists while also mastering customer service and professional conduct. Several original members have since opened their own businesses rooted in the team.

Each stylist runs a separate business under their own brand, so clients usually book with one person. When a client's usual stylist is booked, they can book with another team member. The Nashville suite is the team's location, as the Clarksville location is permanently closed. Online scheduling shows availability 45 days at a time.

Some services need a consultation before booking, including microloc installs, loc repairs, loc extensions, loc re-attachments, permanent loc coloring, and braid take downs. Shampoo-only and partial visits are not offered, and outside products are not allowed in the salon except prescription shampoo. Arrivals 16 to 25 minutes late pay a $20 late fee, and arrivals later than that have the appointment canceled and the deposit forfeited. Clients who reschedule the day before or the day of an appointment forfeit the deposit.
