There are two locations. The Eden Prairie studio is inside the Sola Salon building, and the Excelsior studio is on the first floor of Lobby Coffee & Leisure. Eden Prairie is open seven days a week, while Excelsior is closed on Sundays. Appointments can be booked, managed and changed online, and a credit card is required at booking to cover the cancellation policy, with payment due at the treatment. Gift cards are also sold on the booking site.

Laser hair removal is the core of the practice and uses Lumenis LightSheer technology. Treatments are customized to each client's skin, hair and goals, and clients receive one-on-one care. Areas covered include brows, sideburns, the upper lip and chin, full face (which includes upper lip, chin, cheeks and sideburns), neck, underarms, areola, bikini line, Brazilian, arms, forearms, legs, back, chest and abdomen, scalp, shoulders and buttocks. Single sessions run from $90 for in-between brows to $160 for full back, full legs and men's chest and abdomen. Three- and six-session packages are priced for each area, for example full face at $315 for three sessions or $499 for six. The home page says packages start at $349. For full reduction, the business recommends six to 12 treatments, usually spaced six to eight weeks apart.

Before a laser appointment, clients are asked to avoid retinols, self tanners, heavy sun exposure, photo-sensitizing medications, and plucking or waxing for 10 to 14 days. Shaving the night before or the morning of the appointment is requested. Beyond laser hair removal, the business offers BBL photofacials on Sciton technology, which it says target sun damage, age spots, redness and uneven skin tone with little to no downtime, starting at $299 according to the home page. IPL photofacials are priced by area: $299 for face or chest, $150 for neck or hands, $399 for forearms and $499 for full arms. SkinPen microneedling is a one-hour treatment for acne scars, fine lines, enlarged pores, surgical scars, stretch marks, melasma, sun damage and pigmentation. A complimentary 30-minute consultation reviews concerns and goals, includes a skin and body evaluation and goes over treatment costs, and some treatments can be done the same day. The business says it honors Groupon rates, but asks clients to buy directly from the salon for the same pricing.
