New guests start with a Hair + Scalp Consultation, a 20-minute appointment that is required before any first-time haircare visit. When it is booked with a TBI Standard, Classic or Deluxe package, the consultation fee is credited toward that package. A standalone consultation is also available at the listed rate.
The haircare packages form the core of the menu. TBI Standard covers cleansing, conditioning, moisture balance and manageability over 35 minutes or more. TBI Classic adds enhanced conditioning and moisture-focused treatments across 55 minutes or more. TBI Deluxe, which the studio describes as its signature service, pairs hair and scalp treatments with Head Spa Therapy over 95 minutes or more. Each package includes a selected styling finish and a complimentary beverage.
Booking terms: the studio asks for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. Hours are Monday and Tuesday 9 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday through Friday 9 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday 9 AM to 2 PM, with Sunday closed.
