Tayviana is a hair salon in suite 9 at 866 Blossom Hill Road in San Jose. Appointments are booked online. The salon is open Wednesday and Thursday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, Friday and Saturday from 8 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, and it is closed Monday and Tuesday.

Color is the core of the menu. Services range from single process color for gray coverage and all-over shade changes to double process color, color blocking, highlights, balayage, partial balayage and foilayage. Calico color is a signature option that uses three to five complementary or contrasting shades in defined blocks, without blending between tones. Color correction is available for previous box dye, permanent color, uneven tones, unwanted warmth and large shade changes. Toner and gloss can add shine and correct unwanted undertones, and root touch-ups are offered to gray coverage clients and existing single process clients.

Extensions are another focus. Extension hair must be purchased through the salon. A consultation and a deposit are required before a first install, which includes customized placement, a blending haircut, styling and at-home care guidance. Extensions can be moved up as natural hair grows, and removal includes full take-down, a luxury shampoo, a blowout and a chosen smooth or voluminous style.

Cuts and styling include a standard haircut and a luxury haircut with a deep conditioning treatment chosen for hair type, as well as a wash, blowout and style service. Add-on treatments include a K18 repair mask and a hydration mask. For cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of an appointment, a 50% fee applies. Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be moved to a different service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

For stylists, the salon offers a one-to-one, in-person education class lasting eight hours, for cosmetology students or licensed stylists.
