The HeadSpa menu has three levels. The Healing Sprinkle HeadSpa is 60 minutes and covers a scalp consultation, guided breathwork, scalp oil massage, exfoliation, a cleanse, waterfall therapy, salt lymphatic drainage, herbal-infused conditioning, and steam with a hot towel, finishing with a towel dry. The Healing Style HeadSpa runs 100 minutes with the same core steps and ends with a blow-dry and styling. The Healing Signature HeadSpa is the longest at 120 minutes. It adds a neck and shoulder massage, a targeted treatment and a hand massage, and it includes a blow-dry and complimentary shampoo and conditioner for home use.

Hair services are shorter and can be booked on their own. Fresh Start is a personalized haircut lasting 80 minutes, with a shine treatment, warm towel and blow-dry. Luminous Hair Refresh is a 40-minute gloss. Chic Blowout is a 40-minute cleanse, condition and style. Botanical Hair Ritual is a 15-minute scalp add-on available with select hair services and included in every HeadSpa.

Massage options are the Healing Hand Massage, a 10-minute treatment for the hands and forearms using aromatic oils and a hydrating butter, and the 20-minute Neck & Shoulder Reset Massage. Two monthly packages are offered. The Essential HeadSpa Package provides two Healing Style HeadSpas per month for $250. The Luxury HeadSpa Package provides one Healing Style HeadSpa per month for four consecutive months for $500. Package credits apply automatically at checkout when booking through the services page.

Hours are Thursday from 10 AM to 6 PM, Friday from 7 AM to 3 PM, and Saturday from 7 AM to 1 PM; the studio is closed Sunday through Wednesday. Cancellations or no-shows made within 48 hours of an appointment are charged a 50% fee. Clients who have questions before booking can reach Taylor through the contact form on the website.

Care combines technical scalp knowledge with intuitive attention to how the client feels during the session.

Sessions are slow and deliberate, built around intentional touch and sensory care so clients can unwind and reconnect.
