Every visit starts with a complimentary 20-minute consultation, which can be done in person or by text. It covers a client's hair history, daily routine and how much upkeep they want to commit to, so the result fits the way they actually live and the natural texture of their hair rather than a single house style.

The lightening menu includes foil highlights in mini, half, full and micro sizes, plus balayage in full, half and face-frame versions. Toner and gloss are included with several of these, and add-ons such as a root smudge for a blended root, an Olaplex or Kerastase treatment, and a Malibu detox treatment can be added as needed. Smaller add-ons like the gloss and toner or a curling or flat iron finish are only available with color or lightening services.

Clients who want a subtle update and clients who want a full change are both welcome. Booking policies ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations; late cancellations are charged half the service total unless the appointment is rebooked within the same week, and no-shows are charged the full total. Cash and major credit cards are accepted, with a 3.5% service fee on card payments, and gift cards are available in set amounts or a custom amount.

The salon is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:30 AM to 7 PM and Thursday from 10 AM to 3:30 PM, and is closed Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Customized looks are built around each client's lifestyle and natural hair, with the aim that they leave feeling confident in the result, whether it is a subtle refresh or a full change.
