After an appointment is requested, the client receives an email or text with consultation forms. The appointment is not confirmed until those intake forms are completed, and no charge is made until the business confirms the appointment. The full amount of the service is due when booking.

Changes follow a clear timeline. Cancellations or rescheduling requested at least 48 hours ahead are refunded. Changes made within 48 hours are not refunded, and a new payment is needed for any new appointment.

Timing and attendance also have set rules. Clients who arrive up to 10 minutes late receive whatever portion of the service time remains. Arriving more than 10 minutes late counts as a no-show and is not refunded. Clients who no-show three appointments can no longer book.
