Custom wigs are designed around the client's chosen style, length, color and hair type, and are handcrafted in-house. Care services include washing, detangling and conditioning, then styling straight, curly, wavy or to a custom look, for both synthetic and human hair wigs. Wig and topper refurbishment takes about a day. Wig and extension coloring takes about three days. Clients can start with an in-store consultation, which takes 30 minutes, or a 30-minute video consultation that can be booked online. Custom coloring and human hair over 18 inches carry an additional fee.
