Taylor'd Hair & Wigs works from a newly renovated boutique in Newark, with a second location in Lewes. The studio pairs a retail wig selection with a hair replacement service, and consultations take place in a private setting.

Wigs come in human hair, synthetic, and heat-friendly fiber, in many colors and cuts, for men, women, and children. Toppers suit thinning and fine hair, clip into existing hair, and are customized to each client. The salon describes its stock as hundreds of styles and colors and calls itself the only wig boutique of its kind in the tri-state area.

Hair replacement is a non-invasive method in which hair is bonded on and worn for several weeks, and it calls for a monthly visit for cleaning and upkeep. Tape-in extensions are sections of hair pre-taped to the client's own hair with medical-grade glue. Hair removal is complimentary for clients going through chemotherapy, and family and friends are welcome at those appointments.

The Newark location is open Tuesday 9am to 3pm, Wednesday 9am to 7pm, and Friday 9am to 5pm, with Saturdays by appointment only; it is closed Monday, Thursday, and Sunday. The Lewes location is open on Mondays only, by appointment.
