Brow services include a soft wax with brow mapping, a wax and henna tint, a wax with tint, and brow lamination with tint, which the studio says makes brows look fuller and thicker. A lash lift and tint can be combined with brow lamination and tint. Lash services range from lash clusters and lash removal, where a cream remover is applied to the extensions, to classic, hybrid and volume fullsets. A classic fullset puts one extension on each natural lash and includes a lash bath.

Refills are offered on one-week, two-week and three-week schedules, with a maximum number of days listed for each. Refill appointments require a set share of the original lashes still in place: 45% for two-week classic and hybrid refills and 40% for three-week refills. Foreign lash fills are not offered.

Waxing covers facial, lip, chin and sideburn areas. Two-day one-on-one lash training costs $700 and takes about six hours in total: day one covers theory and practice on a mannequin head, and day two is spent working on a model. A travel fee of $30 or more applies to travel appointments.

Booking is by appointment. Walk-ins are not accepted and there is no waiting area. A deposit of 50% of the appointment balance secures a booking and is sent through CashApp. Weekday appointments after 6:30 pm carry a $20 after-hours fee, and clients text to ask whether a late slot is open. Listed hours are Sunday 12:30 to 7:00 pm, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 11:00 am to 7:30 pm, Tuesday 11:00 am to 1:30 pm and 2:30 to 6:00 pm, and Saturday 1:00 to 8:00 pm.

Appointment-only work with set refill rules, deposits, and disinfection between clients.
