Nail art is a central part of the menu. The salon describes its designs as bold and distinctive, with one-of-a-kind work. Art is booked separately from the base service as one of four Art Towers, ranging from simple art on two or three fingers to detailed designs or designs with charms and crystals on all ten. Other art options include single-color ombre with an airbrush, several styles of French tip, and encapsulated nails with glitter, stickers or striping tape. Art prices may change.

Base services cover acrylic sets in short, medium, long and extra long lengths, and Gel-X sets in the same range. Each set includes one color or glitter, and nail designs are added through an Art Tower. Gel manicures are offered on natural nails with or without removal of old gel, and a Gel Builder applies gel to natural nails. Hard gel overlays are also offered, with a solid color or glitter included. Repairs are available: a Nail Fix addresses a single broken nail, and an acrylic rebase can be booked alongside it.

The pedicure menu includes a Shape Change, a regular pedicure with nail trim, cuticle work, light callus removal, a sugar scrub, a clay mask, massage lotion, a hot towel and gel polish, and a set of add-ons. Add-ons include a jelly soak that exfoliates the feet, a CBD lotion with a quick massage, and gel or acrylic applied to the big toes or all ten toes. Acrylic toe work must be booked with a pedicure.

The salon runs a four-hour Nail Class where students choose acrylic or Gel-X. A Nail Class Plus Kit includes the kit, and students state which technique they want to learn when booking. A Little Manicure with gel or regular polish is offered for children under 12. A late fee applies when arriving more than 15 minutes after the booked time, with an additional charge for each further 15 minutes.
