New clients are asked to send photos of their current hair and a few inspiration photos by text before their first appointment. Free consultations last 20 minutes and can be booked by calling or texting the salon. For a major color change or a color correction, clients text a photo of the desired look and a photo of their current hair before requesting an online appointment.

The color menu covers lightening and bleach, sorted by regrowth length: 4 to 6 weeks, 8 weeks, and 10 or more weeks for color correction. Lightening services include toner and K18 hair treatment.
