Every service is adjusted to the individual client's skin. New clients, and returning clients not seen within the past year, begin with a one-on-one consultation before any targeted treatment. That visit can be booked on its own, done virtually, or included within a first custom facial. The consultation runs 30 minutes and is $50; the New Client Consultation includes an in-depth skin analysis. The fee is non-refundable but is applied as a deposit toward the treatments that follow.

Structured programs run on a 6-8 month or a 12-15 month schedule and combine consultations, Jet Plasma sessions, Procell or Swich treatments, facials, chemical peels and a full-size home care regimen. Each program starts with a complimentary microchanneling consultation to assess the skin and build a plan. Program payment is due in full at the start, and services included in a program must be used within 12 months of purchase.

Monthly memberships come in three tiers, each with one facial a month and member perks. Specialty treatments such as Jet Plasma, Hydra Beauty Facial, Nano Needling, Procell and advanced chemical peels are not included in the tiers and are booked separately. Memberships carry a 3-month minimum, and they can be cancelled with at least 7 days' written notice before the next billing date. Membership fees are non-refundable, and unused services are not refunded in cash or credit.

Waxing is also offered, from chin and upper lip to brows, underarms and bikini, with brow mapping available with a brow wax.

Skin health comes first, and every service is customized to the client's skin needs. The salon describes its treatments as intentional and results-focused.
