Each facial starts with an assessment of the skin and a home-care plan built around what that assessment finds, rather than a fixed service list. Peels and microneedling are chosen for what a client's skin can safely handle, not only on request. Between visits, clients are taught how to care for their skin, and changes are tracked from one appointment to the next.

Beyond facials, the studio offers enzyme and chemical peels for gentle exfoliation and brightening, and the VI Peel, which is described as a medical-grade peel for texture, tone and aging concerns. Microneedling is offered to support collagen and improve skin texture over time. Scar and stretch mark camouflage pairs microneedling with micropigmentation to blend marks into the surrounding skin tone, and scalp micropigmentation is offered on a consultation basis.

Brow microblading is hand-applied in hair strokes with no stencils, and begins with a consultation where the brow shape is measured and mapped. Most clients return for a touch-up about eight weeks later, which is booked and priced separately. Correction of older microblading is usually possible only after the old pigment has faded, typically by at least about half. Aftercare asks clients to keep the area dry for two weeks and avoid direct sun for about four weeks. Lip neutralization and lip blush correct uneven or dark-toned lips, with neutralization done first for an even base on cool or dark lips. The studio describes the lip technique as painless with little to no swelling, and a separate touch-up is usually needed around weeks eight to ten.

The studio sells Rejuvi professional-grade skincare through its shop page, and also carries SOULMATE, the owner's own line with a cleanser, mask, serum and moisturizer.
