The menu centers on facials. Lengths range from a 30-minute eye treatment using pure collagen eye films to 90-minute face and neck treatments built around a pure collagen film. The Hydra-Soothing facial is designed for dry, dehydrated or sensitive skin and uses Hydra-Oxygen Ampoules. The Evenness facial addresses early signs of uneven tone and begins with cleansing and peeling. The Swiss Smart facial is described as suited to first signs of aging, and the Swiss Lifting Infusion combines marine collagen with hyaluronic acid for firming and lifting. The Swiss Virtual Mask Repair & Recovery facial is also suited to skin after procedures.

Facial add-ons are available on request, including microdermabrasion, LED light therapy, radiofrequency, bespoke peels, sonic dermaplaning and iontophoresis, all offered beyond the standard facial menu.

The retail shop sells skincare from Swissline, Institut Esthederm, BABOR, HydroPeptide, Elemis and Drowsy, along with Aloe Up sun care, silk sleep masks and pillowcases, Helen Kaminski hats and bags, Case-Mate makeup and tote bags, and resortwear and swimwear from several European brands. Retail hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and it is closed Sunday. Gratuities are not included in service prices; according to the site, industry averages of 15 to 20% are cited, and cash gratuity is recommended.

Facial treatments are customized to the needs of each client's skin. On request, additional devices and peels can be added to a facial.
