Massage options include Swedish, deep tissue, lomilomi, sports and prenatal sessions, most offered in 60 and 90 minute lengths. Deeply relaxing massage blends Swedish, deep tissue and lomilomi work. Advanced options include ashiatsu, where trained feet glide along the body, chakra balancing with stones placed on the chakra channels, and gold medal cupping massage using glass, silicone or magnet cups. The 2 hour integrative massage brings together Swedish, deep tissue, lomilomi, ashiatsu and cupping. Tantric breathing is a sensual massage with breathing techniques and a guided meditation. Listed prices start at $75 for reflexology, and the booking site lists current rates.

Facials are personalized for all skin types and suit both men and women. The Flawless Facial runs 60 minutes. The Gentleman Facial includes deep cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, a masque and a light moisturizer. A customized age-defying facial adds skin analysis, enzymes and peels, and facial cupping rejuvenation uses vacuum suction massage techniques. Facial products come from ZO Skin Health and Alastin Skincare.

Body treatments include an exfoliating organic sugar scrub that begins with body brushing, and an herbal detox body treatment using paprika and nettle. Manscaping ranges from partial trims to full manzilian shaves; the manzilian trim is done with clippers and involves no waxing. Men's Spa Day combines a one hour tantric breathing session, sugar scrub and manscaping. Waxing covers face, body and bikini areas, and lash and brow tints use Berrywell cream tints from Germany, with results stated to last up to four weeks.

Reservations are held with a credit card. A $50 fee applies to no-shows or same-day cancellations of facial or massage treatments. Gift cards can be bought online.
