Booking terms are spelled out up front. A deposit may be required at booking and is applied to the service, but deposits are non-refundable. Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. A late cancellation or no-show can mean losing the deposit, and same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to the full price of the service. New clients booking a weave partial or weave full pay a $75 or $100 deposit. In person, Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount and are final sale.

The amino acid smoother is a protein-based treatment, not a chemical one, and lasts about 9 to 12 weeks. Wig adjustments include washing and styling the wig, and add-ons cost extra.
