The Tao's Organic treatments are the core of the menu. The salon says they use pure organic ingredients, fresh flowers and natural products, with no artificial chemicals or preservatives. Ingredients are bought daily, so the products reflect what is seasonally available. A Tao's Organic manicure starts with a fresh flower hand soak, then a sesame and honey scrub and an egg white mask before nail trim, cuticle care and polish. The Deluxe version uses an oat and yogurt scrub and an avocado mask and runs longer. The pedicures follow the same pattern, with a fresh flower foot bath, a foot file, a hot stone and a longer massage.

Beyond the organic line there are classic manicures and pedicures, plus gel color versions of each. Nail enhancements include a gel filling, a Japanese gel set and a new set with color gel. Nail design is priced by consultation with the nail artist. Callus treatment and a standalone massage can be added on their own.

Appointments are recommended, and walk-ins are accepted when the schedule allows. Cancellations need 24 hours notice, and there is a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. Groups of four or more need a 30% deposit, and changes to time or services must be made 24 hours ahead or the deposit is forfeited. Chipped nails are fixed free of charge within 2 days for regular polish and 7 days for color gel. All sales are final, and sales tax applies. The salon is open Monday through Saturday from 11:00 am to 8:30 pm and Sunday from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm.
