Appointments are by appointment only, booked through the studio website or Fresha, with instant confirmation and payment in the app. Hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00 and Saturday from 10:00 to 17:00, with Sunday closed. Clients can reach the studio by phone, WhatsApp, text or email.
A visit starts with a Personalized Skin Consultation, which includes a clinical skin reading of condition, sebum, hydration, pigmentation and reactivity. Clients receive a written, staged plan with intervals whether or not they book, along with a written home-care protocol and a four-week rebuild path. An online Personalized Skin Assessment is also available: a five-minute questionnaire with a written recommendation sent within 24 hours. The studio says it does not upsell, rush visits or sell treatment packages.
The menu covers foundational facials that use IMAGE Skincare professional products and a HydroPeptide glow facial, a HydraFacial, deep cleansing facials, several peels, microneedling in three serum options, scalp and beard treatment for hair loss, microcurrent, lymphatic drainage and LED light therapy. The Acne Correction Protocol is a plan of four to eight sessions over six to ten weeks, starting with diagnosis, then in-studio sessions, a home protocol and check-points at each interval. The studio does not prescribe medication and says it coordinates with prescribing physicians when relevant.
