The services are grouped into Color, Extensions, Styling and Haircut, and Treatments. Color is the largest group, with root color, toners and glosses, partial and full highlights, a color melt dimensional toner, full coverage color, and partial and full balayage, many of which can be paired with a cut. Color appointments run from one hour for a toner and blowout to about three and a half hours for full coverage with a cut.

Extensions are offered as hand-tied or tape-in installs, and a separate consultation is available for clients who want to talk through options first. Styling covers bang trims, cuts for kids ages 5 to 9, men's and women's cuts, and blowouts. Treatments include a B3 repair conditioning treatment and a Cezanne keratin treatment, which takes about three hours.

New clients are asked to bring photos of the look they want before their visit. Clients running late are asked to call the studio. Appointments are typically booked about two weeks in advance, and cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows with less than 24 hours notice are charged 50% of the service fee.

Each look starts with the client's own idea of what they want, using photos as a reference, and the work is shaped to suit them.
