Tangle Me Knot, also written Tangle Me Knot Hair Design, is a hair salon in Apollo Beach that says it has served the South Shore area for more than ten years. The salon describes itself as a fashion-forward, premium salon and as the premier hair salon of Apollo Beach. The atmosphere is cozy and small-town.

Services fall into four groups: color, extensions, haircuts and straightening. Color covers balayage, highlights and hair color in brunette, blonde and red shades, plus specialty color, color correction and transformations. Extensions are applied with I-tip, fusion, tape and weft methods using 100% Remy hair, and the salon says it has more than 30 years in the extension industry. Haircuts are offered for women and men, the team works with curly hair, and wedding, prom and updo styling is available.

Every service starts with a detailed consultation about the client's hair care needs. The salon is open Tuesday through Thursday from 9 to 7 and Friday and Saturday from 9 to 5, and is closed Sunday and Monday. The salon says it has won several awards, including multiple Best of the Bay and Best of Apollo Beach honors and BOSS, and that it was featured behind the scenes of The Design Tourist television series.

Cancellations need 24 hours' notice; shorter notice or a no-show is charged the full cost of the scheduled service. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted, but personal checks are not. If a client reports dissatisfaction within 48 hours, the salon offers a corrective service within two weeks, though services are not refunded in money. Unused products may be returned for store credit within seven days with a receipt, in original condition. Gift cards are valid for one year from purchase, can only be used at the salon, and are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
