Schedules shift with the seasons: hours are longer from January through May than from June through December, and the Germantown studio does not open on Sundays.

The tanning beds are numbered by level. Level 2 is a 15-minute low pressure bed with reflectors in the bulbs. Level 3 is a 12-minute stand-up unit at West Bend. Level 4 is a 12-minute low pressure bed with 36 high output bulbs and three facial bulbs, and the salon says it builds a base tan three to five times faster than Level 2. Level 5 is a high pressure bed, the Matrix L33 at West Bend and the Open Sun bed at Germantown, which uses both UVB and UVA rays and, according to the salon, can build a base tan in three to five sessions. Level 6 is a 9-minute Sunrise 7200 hybrid stand-up unit that combines UV and red light, and it is only at Germantown. All the beds include facial units and stereos.

Spray tanning is offered in a fully automated Versa Spa Pro WellFit booth at both locations, using a violet undertone solution with prep and post moisture. The Versa Spa solutions are infused with marine algae and are gluten free, paraben free, cruelty free and non-comedogenic. Perfector and moisturizer options can extend a spray tan. For a UV-free option, the salon also has a booth that uses DHA, which develops over six to eight hours and typically lasts 10 to 14 days.

Other services include an infrared FIT Bodywrap in 60-minute sessions at both locations, which the salon says can burn up to 1200 calories. The Hydration Station, a 20-minute steam-infused skin care bed with radiant heat, color spectrum lights, vibratory massage and cool facial air, is only at Germantown. West Bend also has a Sonoma 4D massage chair in 15- and 30-minute sessions, and both locations have a Spa Capsule dry water massage bed. The red light bed is UV-free, and the salon says it can help reduce fine lines and wrinkles, stimulate collagen and help with acne.

Pricing is set per session, in 5- or 10-session packs, or on monthly plans. A single Level 2 session is $10.95, and a single Level 6 session is $34.95. Memberships come in VIP, no commitment and unlimited tiers, and EFT plans are drafted automatically every 30 days after a minimum $20 product purchase. Most EFT plans need three drafts before cancelling, Level 5 VIP needs six, and Level 6 no commitment has no minimum. Students, seniors over 65 and military members can get discounts on tanning memberships. Members of EFT plans get 30% off lotion bottles and packets and 15% off SeneGence and CBD products. Job applicants can submit a CV and application form through the careers page.

Tiered bed levels let clients move from gentle low pressure beds to high pressure and hybrid units, and the salon advises using a tanning lotion because UV light reaches moist skin far faster than dry skin.
