It provides nursing support for people recovering from surgery and for those preparing for it, alongside a short list of skin and piercing services. Services are offered in English or Spanish.

The business is not a home health agency or a medical facility, and it does not treat medical conditions or diagnose health problems. Insurance is not accepted, since all services are paid privately. Booking begins with a free 15-minute screening call, after which the services are confirmed in a service agreement and secured with a deposit.

Visits are by appointment only, with no walk-ins. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and no-shows are not refunded. Clients pick up their own prescription medications and arrange their own transportation. A designated caretaker must be present at least an hour before the nurse leaves, and prices for all services increase after 5pm.

Minors can have their ears pierced only when a parent or legal guardian attends with valid government ID and the child's birth certificate. Retail products are final sale, with no returns or refunds.
